Project and role description
Our mission is to make the life of all university students as simple as possible. We were originally created and founded in Manchester, UK but our 2 co-founders are currently in Montreal and we are looking to role out the platform for students in Montreal too.
We currently cover 3 areas of student life :
Allowing students to buy / sell their textbooks Find all the scholarships / funding available at their university Allow students to find and connect with other students with different skill sets
We are constantly developing new features to our website and are looking to roll these out on a continuous basis. You would be working on the implementation of these new features. We have a Chief Technology Officer who built our platform from scratch, you would be working will him very closely. As you can see from our website, he is very very talented so you will learn a lot from him.
We are a student created and student lead organisation and we want to attract the best student talent to our team. This is a very exciting opportunity for you to get involved in, we have already won 3 awards for our website and are extremely motivated to keep growing.
The website has been built using .NET framework so knowledge of this is key. We are looking for someone who can work in a team because we work very collaboratively, you will also need to be someone who commits 100% to the work you do. Our culture is to work hard but have fun doing so.

Some experience in website design / graphic design and data analytics would also be very desirable but not essential.
Please get in touch if this interests you, it is a fantastic opportunity for a student to join a rapidly growing start-up. We were created in Manchester
